Local attractions include Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts, Brixham Heritage Musuem and Kents Cavern. You can visit the world in a day at Babbacombe Model Village or wander back in time at Bygones where you can explore the golden Victorian era. Some of the area's loveliest and safest beaches are right on our doorstep at Julie Court. Literally a couple of minutes away is Preston Sands to our left and Paignton Beach to our right.

There are two theatres in the area and a modern multiplex cinema. The Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway offers a more relaxed way to experience the regions beautiful coast lines and countryside. Torbay is well known for its nightlife entertainment and restaurants. For the more energetic a leisure centre is nearby where there is a wave swimming pool, squash and badminton courts, sauna, Jacuzzi, solarium plus a range of other activities catering for all age groups. Picturesque Paignton Harbour offers coastal trips, cruises to Dartmouth Market, mackerel fishing trips, diving and watersports. Further afield, destinations include Plymouth, Exeter and Cornwall where the Eden project can be found. The rugged tors and stunning scenery of Dartmoor are also within easy reach.
